Christmas...

Ok Ok...I know that you think that I have just completely given up on blogging. I have so many pictures to upload so please be patient...I have some great pictures but they will probably be so random and out of order but I will eventually get them posted! I will start with the most recent...Christmas! I am so sad to say that unfortunately I did not take any pictures while we were enjoying Christmas with my family...but please know that we had lots of fun! It was a great Christmas in the Russell house...complete with it being white outside. We had only minor set backs...the stomach virus. Colin had it a couple of days before Christmas and Kennedy got it Christmas Eve night...it was actually pretty pitiful, one I am sure she will never forget as she spent most of Christmas day asleep in bed.

Cubs Baseball...

Oh how we love Cubs baseball. Playing sports with your friends is the best.

Colin normally played 3rd base this year.

Benjamin is ready to play baseball too and we cannot wait to watch him.

Colin's first experience pitching was great.

...and daddy was right there every step of the way. I am pretty sure that Colin does not realize yet what a great memory that will be.

Spring Break 2010...Little Gasparilla Island

Other then home this is our favorite place on earth. It is so peaceful and relaxing and we look forward to going every year.

Just relaxing...

We are standing on the beach taking a picture across the island..it is small but great. It is 7 miles long and at its widest point it is a mile wide. On this island there are no stores, cars, or street lights and it is only accessible by boat. When we are here it is total relaxation and family time.

Colin was trying very hard in this picture to admit that he really does like Kennedy.

Skim Boarding...he will do it ALL day at the beach, and he is actually very good at it.

Kennedy's Birthday Party...

WOW!! What a great 12th birthday. Kennedy had her birthday party with one of her best friends. Lots of food, bowling, friends, and fun!!! Their teacher made their pawprint cupcakes. (In case you don't know..their school mascot is the Smoky Bear) We even had Lori Hill Photography come and takes pictures for us, which I must say are awesome! Thanks Lori!
