Yes it is Bruce Pearl, (for those of you who may not know...he is Tennessee's Head Basketball Coach) at our swim meet. Unfortunately he is not rooting for our team...one of his kids swims for the other team. It was so much fun to watch all the kids running to him for autographs and from what I could tell he signed every one of them! Our team beat Knoxville Racquet Club by about 40 points. We are now 3-0!!! Go SAC!!
This is my job at the swim meet...Heat Card Turner...I turn the cards after every race. I feel like Vanna White! :) Jason was giving Kennedy a pat on the back after a good swim!
Bruce Pearl signing Colins cap...while it is still on his head! :)
Do you think he is excited???
...and her too???

We love swimming!!!
These are a few pictures of the kids at their first swim meet this summer! We have had so much fun swimming. It is a great event for the whole family...all of the kids on the swim team are so encouraging to each other...even if they are swimming against each other! So far we have won both meets...
This picture is a little fuzzy of Colin...but still good!
Kennedy loves swimming...she is not missing dance at all!

We love Sunshine and Summertime!!!
Baseball....
Colin's baseball team ended up in 4th place in his league..I think that is pretty good considering several of the boys on his team had never played before..they really came a long way this season. I think it has been as much fun for us parents as it has been for the kids..we really had a great time this season.
Samuel, Colin, Thomas (hugging Colin..how cute) Brady, and cute little Silas!
Parties, boats, and fishing...
Whitney had a suprise birthday party for Matt on Sunday...we were so excited to join in on all the fun!
Mammaw and Pappaw bought the kids a paddle boat to play with at the pond...needless to say they LOVE it!
Rusty...I promised you I would put this on my blog...were you the only one catching fish that day?

It's all for a good cause...
For those of you who have not seen Kennedy lately...approach the next few pictures with CAUTION! :) She has been growing her hair out for the last couple of years and decided to get it cut and give it to Locks Of Love! She was so excited...but I will have to say it did make me a little sad but also proud. When we got to LeAnna's (the girl who does our hair)..LeAnna told her that it was going to be short and Kennedy said in her little bubbly voice "thats fine...take what you need". WOW ! What a big girl response...but I did give LeAnna the eye as to take ONLY what she needed :) And if you didn't know and are wondering right now why I did not tell you...well Kennedy wanted it to be a suprise! So SUPRISE!!!
