YES!!!!

Kennedy was so excited when Dr. Dave told her that she could go back to school. She gets to go half a day on Thursday and Friday and can start back all day on Monday. He told her that she can take a couple of ballet classes but not to go back full time for another 2-3 weeks!! We are just going to try and concentrate on the Nutcracker! She has really fought hard to get through this.

Sgt. Colin...

We had Colin checked out to to make sure that he was not sick...and we got a good report for him!! :) He had his Halloween party at school today...they were supposed to dress up like their favorite Hero and of course he had to pull out the Camo...like his Uncle Chad!

FEET!!

I just wanted to show everyone how big Colin's feet are. I wear a size 9 in womens...he is going into a size 5 in boys...and remember he is only 7. Maybe he will be tall like his Pappy!!

Update on Kennedy!!!

Just a quick update on Kennedy...she went back to Dr. Jill on Wednesday 10/24 and she said another week of no school since she still has symptoms. She said her immune system is pretty much gone right now and Dr. Jill wants to try and keep her from getting anything else. Kennedy is about to go crazy staying at home she wants to go to school so bad. Her energy does seem to be coming back little by little...it is getting harder and harder to keep her still...which in this case I am really glad for. We are out of school on Friday so we will get alot of rest this weekend. Kennedy goes back to the doctor next Wednesday!

We are sad to say...

Well if you can't tell from the picture Kennedy is sick. After almost a week of fighting a bad cold (so I thought) I decided to take her to the doctor today...we left school early thinking that maybe her cold was getting better but that she probably had pink eye. Well no pink eye but she does have an eye infection in both eyes but even more sad she has MONO AGAIN!!!!!! When the doctor told her she had big crocodile tears start running down her face...she said "I just wanted to have perfect attendance for one year" it was so sad. They also told her no dance for at least a month and as many of you know she is working hard for the Nutcracker in November and to make it even worse she got the part that she has always wanted...I think we will probably still dance in the Nutcracker but we are not going to make any decisions until next Wednesday when she goes back to the doctor. When she had mono two years ago we had to end up pulling her from all of her extra activities so that she would have enough energy just to go to school...lets pray that she does not feel that bad this time.

What could be better...he has his momma and football!!

At Colin's school they choose several kids each week to be special guests at the football game. He was so excited...he got to tour the weight room, march in behind the band, meet the cheerleaders, and cheer the football players on as they ran onto the field. This was such a fun experience for Colin and I both. As you can tell in one of the pictures he did get a little cold but that is part of the experience. Oh and of course he had to have nachos and hot chocolate too!!!

Colin's Fun Day

Colin spent Saturday playing with Jake, Jack, and Ben while Kennedy was at dance practicing for the Nutcracker.

Colin's Baptism

He was so excited...he had been hyper all day. What a blessing to know that our Children have Jesus in their hearts.

Colin with Jerry "Bear"...all the kids love him! He also Baptized Kennedy!!

If you can't tell he is a little nervous...
